| Intilincs
was registered as a company in 1996. From its establishment it has been
involved in developing educational materials as well as translation work,
especially for NGOs and individuals in the areas of environment, human
rights/discrimination and globalization. Producing NI Japan combines both of these areas-education and translation-and, along with sales and promotion of NI, is now Intilincs' main focus. As a company we are proud to be the distributor of NI magazine in Japan and see a great need for a magazine such as NI in Japan where majority world (third world) voices are not often heard and alternatives to globalization and consumerism are not often presented. We hope to make NI as accessible as possible to as many people in Japan as possible and our long-term vision is to create a Japanese version of NI in its entirety. As well as informing readers, we believe NI and NI-Japan can inspire and encourage them to think about and work towards a better world. |
